1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through RawThrive, www.rawthrive.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing. We sell food supplements that comply with Swedish and EU regulations. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your healthcare practitioner before use if pregnant or on medication.
2. Prices & Payment
All prices include 12% VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices, product information and offers without prior notice. We accept multiple secure payment methods at checkout, including cards, Klarna, PayPal, and other regional options. Payment is processed securely in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We currently deliver worldwide. Standard delivery time in Sweden is 2–5 business days. Express delivery is available. Orders are dispatched via trusted carriers, including PostNord, DHL, and others depending on your location. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. Delays outside our control (e.g., customs, strikes, extreme weather) are not our responsibility, but we will do our best to resolve any issues.
4. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, as per the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (Distansavtalslagen). To exercise this right, the product must be unopened, unused and in resalable condition. Please contact us at info@rawthrive.com before returning any items. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned product. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the seal is broken, for hygienic and health protection reasons.
5. Complaints & Defects
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rawthrive.com. We comply with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen) regarding defective goods.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
We handle your personal data in accordance with GDPR and Swedish data protection laws. Your data will only be used to process your order, communicate with you and comply with legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from product use, delayed delivery or other circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by Swedish courts, with the first point of contact being the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, ARN).
