Please contact our customer service at info@rawthrive.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You may also use the Swedish Consumer Agency’s standard withdrawal form.
Please note
For health and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on health supplements that have been opened or if the seal is broken. If the product seal is broken, the item is considered used and cannot be returned. We hope you understand - this is to keep everyone safe.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
